Speak to a certified cessation counselor 24-hours a day, 365 days a year in English or Spanish with translation services available in over 150 languages.

Counselors will help you to develop your own personalized quit plan. The Quitline is free and confidential, and through 5 personalized sessions, counselors will help you stay on track. Pregnant smokers can receive up to 8 sessions.

All callers to the Quitline must be 13 years or older.

The beauty of Freedom From Smoking (FFS) Online is that it can be accessed day or night, seven days a week, on any schedule you choose. FFS Online takes you through programs containing several lessons that you access through a protected web site.
