Transportation

TransportationHow can I help my patients find transportation to health services?

Transportation is avaiable for Medicaid recipients. For non-emergency related medical visits, transportation can be arranged by calling one of the Regional Dispatch offices listed below. You or your patient should call the dispatch office 48 hours before the appointment. Same day transportation can be scheduled only when absolutely necessary. Medicaid recipients can also take advantage of the Friends and Family Transportation program, which pays a friend or family member to drive Medicaid patients to the doctor. Call any of the dispatch offices below to learn more.
